All-in-All:

 Finding time to meet with friends is often hard, but not for the N.O.W. group.  We again met, this time

 at the cozy home of Elizabeth Bryant.  We began our evening with homemade sandwiches and other

 finger foods, then moved into our news.  We decided to give Bennett a snack basket for his Gulf Port trip.

 We further discussed our collection of diapers for Mountain Market Place Mission (MMPM).  Also, Laura

 introduced the idea of a jewelry fundraiser in order to expand the helping hand on MMPM.  After this

 we moved into our lesson.  We focused our lesson on the qualities of having the gift of leadership and

service.  We spent time doing two activities one on the qualities of a leader, in which we took several

statements and decided whether they described ourselves or not.  We then read scripture and did a

similar activity on service.  After finishing each assignment we shared our answers.  As the session

came to a close we discussed our next meeting and conversed about the happenings in the community,

including the purchase of Gloria's fabulous new car!
